Our Lady of Toledo said she would appear and give a message on the 30th of each month at the Shrine. Her First monthly appearance began on May 30, 1998. Jesus sometimes gives a message also. In March she appears on the Feastday of the Annunciation of the Lord.

Starting in April 2000, she started giving her monthly message on the First Saturday of every month, "Her Saturday" (the monthly day to honor the Mother of Jesus, and to pray for reparation as requested in Fatima).
